Make sure the provider can successfully maintain operations and enhance them at least for the next five years.
Keep in mind that financially secure colocation providers are also more likely to have the resources to invest in additional buildouts for a data center as well as to continually upgrade or add new technologies and equipment. Look for providers that have a track record of successful expansion and continue to evolve their services and invest in new technologies
