European organizations continue to adopt cloud services to achieve faster time to market and provide the functionality their business units need, but the security of information in the cloud is a major concern for European organizations. When choosing a cloud service provider, it is important not only to look at the functionality that business users are requiring, but also to investigate whether security has been built into the architecture from the onset, or if it has been bolted on as an afterthought.
