As deployment costs increase over time, BlackLine has consistently expanded its value proposition with product updates to improve functionality and connectors to expand its user base and drive automation. Nucleus also drilled into case studies from 2018 to 2020 to investigate the value BlackLine delivers to customers today. The firm found virtually identical results, indicating that BlackLine’s customers continue to reap the same level of benefits as they adopt cloud technology and transition to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
